D4 Solutions Leadership Team

Angelica has over 25 years of experience creating print/mail and electronic document solutions for transactional and direct mail products. Since joining the D4 team in April of 2020, Angelica has been a true agent of change, infusing fresh energy and building upon the core strengths of the company’s product and service offerings. Outside work, Angelica enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, baseball and hockey. As a hobby, Angelica and her husband enjoy remodeling “fixer-uppers.”

Larry is a seasoned international finance executive and entrepreneur, largely in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Larry is also a founding member of Feed the Llama, a nostalgic local cover band, and is a small business owner of Great Harvest Bread Co.

Kevin has been involved in the print industry for 35 years, with over 25 years of management and professional leadership experience. Outside work, Kevin enjoys multiple outdoor activities and sports.

Sean leads information technology at D4 and is responsible for driving technology strategies that support and advance our customers’ growth, digital capabilities, innovation opportunities and requirements for scalability and security.

George has 36 years of experience identifying technology and security needs in the industry. He makes sure IT operations are running smoothly and updates the technologies equipment as needed. Outside of work, George enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Jeremy has worked in print manufacturing since 2016, having transitioned from a decade-long career as a cook in the restaurant industry. A trained artist and art historian, he possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring the quality and precision of printed products. Outside of work, Jeremy finds joy in birdwatching, cooking, and creative projects.

Yvonne has been employed in the print industry for almost 20 years working with data and variable print. Yvonne received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her family, attending sports games for both of her sons, swimming, camping, gardening and cooking together.

Jo-Anne has over 17 years of experience at the European Patent Office, where she served as Deputy Manager of Patent Administration and Financial Administrator across The Hague, Berlin, and Munich. She previously worked for the United Nations at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. After moving to the U.S., she became an HR Manager at several accounting firms in Chicago and Itasca before joining D4 Solutions. Jo-Anne holds an MBA and a Certificate in HR Management.
