Angelica has over 25 years of experience creating print/mail and electronic document solutions for transactional and direct mail products. Since joining the D4 team in April of 2020, Angelica has been a true agent of change, infusing fresh energy and building upon the core strengths of the company’s product and service offerings. Outside work, Angelica enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, baseball and hockey. As a hobby, Angelica and her husband enjoy remodeling “fixer-uppers.”

Chuck joined D4 Solutions in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 34 years of experience in finance and accounting across both large public companies and privately held businesses. Throughout his career, he has developed deep industry experience and a practical, operational approach to financial leadership. Chuck is a registered CPA and holds an MBA from DePaul University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, tackling home projects, spending time outdoors, and flying as a licensed private pilot.

Sean leads information technology at D4 and is responsible for driving technology strategies that support and advance our customers’ growth, digital capabilities, innovation opportunities and requirements for scalability and security.

Micki is the VP of Customer Experience at D4 Solutions, where she oversees sales, marketing, and project management. She brings over 20 years of experience in sales, relationship management, financial services, and strategic account growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her family, including supporting her twin girls at field hockey games and relaxing at the beach.

George has 36 years of experience identifying technology and security needs in the industry. He makes sure IT operations are running smoothly and updates the technologies equipment as needed. Outside of work, George enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Jo-Anne brings more than 25 years of international management experience with the United Nations, the European Patent Office (EPO), and private-sector organizations in the United States. She held leadership roles supporting the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and later served as Financial Administrator and Patent Administration Manager at the EPO in The Hague, The Netherlands and Munich, Germany. After relocating to the U.S., Jo-Anne held management positions with accounting firms in the Chicago area before joining D4 Solutions. She holds an MBA and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Jeremy has worked in print manufacturing since 2016, having transitioned from a decade-long career as a cook in the restaurant industry. A trained artist and art historian, he possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring the quality and precision of printed products. Outside of work, Jeremy finds joy in birdwatching, cooking, and creative projects.

Yvonne has been employed in the print industry for almost 20 years working with data and variable print. Yvonne received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her family, attending sports games for both of her sons, swimming, camping, gardening and cooking together.

Paul has 32 years of experience overseeing plant operations in the print industry. He likes staying current with new technology and applying it to help streamline workflows. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and going on Corvette rides on sunny days.
